Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data shop.discobi.com collects about you, why, who else sees it, how long it is kept, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to everyone who uses this shop, whether or not they buy anything.
1. Who is responsible
Discobi Records is the controller of the personal data described here. For anything in this policy, write to info@discobi.com.
2. What we collect and why

There is no field anywhere in this shop that collects anything beyond what is listed above.
3. Card details
We never see or hold your card number. Payment happens on the websites of Stripe and PayPal, and what comes back to us is whether the payment succeeded, together with an identifier that lets us match it to your order.
4. Who else sees your data

Nobody else. We do not sell personal data, we do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers, and we do not send marketing e-mail.
5. Where your data is kept
Orders, accounts and visit records are held on our own server in the European Union. Stripe, PayPal and Google may process data outside the EU under the safeguards European law requires; their own policies set out how.
6. How long we keep it
Orders, and the accounting records that go with them, are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. That period runs whether or not you still have an account.
Account details are kept until you ask us to close the account. Sign-in tokens expire within minutes and are deleted once used.
Visit records are kept while they are still useful for understanding how the shop is used, and deleted when they are not. They are not used to build a profile of you, and they are not combined with your order history for that purpose.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict what we do with it, or to give it to you in a portable form. You can object to our use of visit records, and you can withdraw your cookie consent at any time on the cookie policy page.
Write to info@discobi.com and we answer within one month. Closing your account does not delete orders we are still required by law to keep; everything else goes.
If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt), or to the data protection authority of the country you live in.
8. Cookies
Cookies and browser storage are covered separately, name by name, in the cookie policy.
9. Children
This shop is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect data about them. If a child has ordered here, write to us and we remove what we can.
10. Changes to this policy
If what we collect changes, this page is updated before the change takes effect. The date below says when it was last revised.
